Zamira Na’Tavia Polk, 4 months of Lima, passed away June 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at her residence.

She was born February 2, 2022 in Lima to Shana Latrece’ Liles and Tysheen Kyrale Polk who both survive in Lima.

Also surviving are Zamira’s siblings: Zavionte Darvell Liles, Sereniyah Davionna Matthews, Tyshawn Kyrale Polk, Namya Anise Polk, Kamijah Anisiona Polk and Ty’Vell Lamar Polk; maternal grandparents, Marcella & Lindsey Liles of Lima, paternal grandmother, Dorothy Renee Mallory of Lima and paternal grandfather, Brian Polk of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by a host of many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Shawnee Chapel of Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services. Visitation will be from Noon until the time of the service on Wednesday in the funeral home.
