Thomas “Tom” A. Luchini, age 80, passed away September 29, 2021, at 7:57 pm, at the Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center. Tom was born March 19, 1941, in Lima, OH, to Michael and Lula M. (Kramer) Luchini who preceded him in death.
Tom had attended Lima Senior High School. He had worked as a manager and then as vice president with Terminal Refuse Service for more than 10 years. Tom was also the co-owner and manager/operator of Lima Paper Stock from which he retired. He was a member of the Hog Creek Game Club.
Tom is survived by his 4 sons: Thomas A. (Ronette) Luchini II of Wapakoneta, OH, Michael P. (Chris) Luchini of New Matamoras, OH, Brent A. (Tereasa) Luchini of Lima, OH and Mark E. (Margaret) Luchini of New Hampshire, OH, 15 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 2 sisters: Patty (Jim) Gross of Alger, OH and Mary Hogle of Lima, OH, 2 sisters in-law: Betty Luchini of Dallas, TX and Patricia Luchini of Lima, OH and his life partner of more than 40 years, Mary Edith Rachlin of Wapakoneta, OH. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Alvie Luchini, William Luchini and Richard Luchini.
