To the Steele family- I was saddened to hear of the loss of Taylor. I have so many fond memories of 'Tasty' when he was a student at Bluffton University, especially when he was in our Shining Through Ministry Team. I remember fondly the bonfire we had at your home outside of Bluffton and the hospitality that you showed our group. Taylor was a friend to many and a devoted follower of Jesus, and it gives us comfort and hope to know that he is resting safe in Jesus' arms. I'm praying for you as you continue to grieve the loss of your beloved son. Blessings in Christ, Stephen "Tig" Intagliata

Dear Steele Family, I am so sorry for the loss of Taylor. Loosing a child and brother is very difficult. I know first hand some of the feelings you will be experiencing this year as you go through many new firsts after his passing. Ryan my son was only 24 when we lost him. My Epilepsy Camp friends have been very helpful as well as other resources I have used to help understand the lost that I could not comprehend at first. I hope you will learn ways, as I did, to help you through the pain of loosing an adult child. I would be happy to help you any way that I can. I enjoyed reading about Taylors accomplishments as his life is celebrated and he continues to become a greater inspiration to others through his passing. He will be missed and all his accomplishments now become the memories you will charish through the minutes, days, weeks and years ahead. Taylor was a giving and hard working young man with an amazing family who will continue his good deeds through his passing. May the spirits be with you as you heal from your loss and the passing of time makes you stronger, than you knew you could be. Taylor has touched many lives and will continue to do so, just in a new way. I'm here for you when you need me. I would love to hear more about Taylor. I'm sure you have some great stories to tell about his increadable life, and I would love to hear all about him.

It hurt to hear of Taylor's passing. I didn't know him in a close manner but he was always kind. It's funny the way a person can be imperative to the formation of memories, even when they don't play a major role. I just wanted to make note that I always remembered his presence as a part of my experience in Haiti and early college years. He really did leave a mark on this world and will live on in the minds of many.
