Sue McClellan, 80, of Lima passed away at 6:55 AM on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at St. Rita’s Medical Center.

She was born on November 20, 1940 in Lima to Eugene and Bonnie (Counts) McClellan, who both preceded her in death.

Sue worked as the business manager for Volkswagen Santa Monica for 25 years while she lived in Malibu, CA. After returning to Lima she worked in the business office for PTC Extrusion Company and for DeHaven’s. She was an avid NFL football fan, who watched multiple games at one time. She loved reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her brother Ken (Jane) McClellan and her sister Denise (Denny) Cressman; her nieces and nephews Matthew McClellan, Michael (Amy) McClellan, Elizabeth (Wes) Ditto and Joe (Gabrielle) Cressman. She is also survived by her great-nieces and great nephews Jenna, Hannah and Mikey McClellan, Dalton, Linkin, Ezra and Piper Ditto, Joy and Levi Cressman and a special cousin Nancy Counts Kriewall.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:30 PM on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Burton’s Ridge Activities Fund.
