Shannon L. Moore, 53, of Lima passed away peacefully with his family by his side at 7:59 pm on Friday, December 3, 2021.

Born on June 6, 1968, he was the son of Albert and Dana Moore. His parents survive in Lima. He adored his long time significant other, Diane Bloom and her sons, Austin and Adam. She survives in Elida. He is also survived by his brother, Allen Moore and two nieces, Brooke Stevenson and Taylor (Derek) Siefker. He is also survived by two great nieces, Jaylah Stevenson and Emery Siefker, all of whom live in Kalida. He leaves behind many friends and great memories.

Shannon graduated from Elida High School in 1986 and worked for many years at Honda.

Shannon was a true outdoorsman. He loved to boat, camp, fish, hunt and ride his motorcycle. He loved to enjoy nature and all its beauty. He spent many years going to Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee with family where you would see Shannon boating, fishing and camping. When he was not outdoors he would be seen bowling or spending time with family and friends. He loved nothing more than his family, friends and dogs. Shannon knew no stranger and his friendliness knew how to light up a room. Shannon was always willing to lend a helping hand to others while his other hand held his known love for sweet tea.
