Sally R. Hutchinson went home to be with her heavenly father on April 15, 2022.
Sally was born in a log cabin in Bradner, OH, the eldest child of Virgil M. and Rosa M. Smith.
Sally was a fiercely independent, kind, loving, and gentle woman who loved people, pets, and plants; she was an avid gardener, a passionate nature conservationist, and a lifelong animal lover, especially her dogs. She loved reading, solving crossword puzzles, and writing letters to her many friends and family.
Sally leaves to cherish her memory her son, Brian; her dear daughter, Ellen (Tom); her wonderful grandchildren Tom (Rebecca) and Kadie; her darling great- grandsons (“da Boyz”), Jayce and Mason; her loving brothers, Wayne (Mary), Jeff, and Steve (Michelle); as well as cherished nieces, grandnieces, and a grandnephew; and many beloved extended family members and friends. Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Rosa, her beloved brother Gary Daniel “Johnnie”, her beloved sister, Brenda, and her much beloved husband, Richard M. “Dick” Hutchinson, who always made her laugh.
