Ronald P. Wittler, age 78 of Delphos, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 10:45 pm, Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.
He was born September 20, 1943 in Delphos, to the late Paul & Luella (Grothouse) Wittler.
Ron is survived by a son, Rob (Penny) Wittler of Hudson, IN, a daughter, Rana Wittler of Columbus and a sister Joyce Wilson of Delphos. He is also survived by his ex-wife Ruth Ann Wittler of Delphos and his grandchildren, Jessica (Brandon) Kleman and Claire Komarek; and great-grandchildren Evan Kleman and Ann Marie Kleman.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Rick Wittler.
Ron was a graduate 1961 graduate of Delphos St. John’s High School. He retired from Dana Corporation. He enjoyed being around cars and socializing with friends at the many restaurants in Delphos.
A celebration of life will be at the Delphos Eagles on Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
