Ronald N. “Charlie” Hull, 66, of Lima passed away at 4:30 AM on Monday, August 16, 2021, surrounded by his family at his residence.

He was born on January 11, 1955 in Kenton to Charles and Donna “O’Dene” (King) Hull, who both preceded him in death. On December 31, 1990, he married Lynn (Holland) Richer, who survives in Lima.

Charlie worked at Ford Motor Company from June 5, 1973 until he retired on January 1, 2005. Following his retirement, in 2007, he drove school bus for Shawnee Schools until 2020.

He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Chapter 452, Indian Lake. He was a huge Jimmy Buffett fan. He loved the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife Lynn Hull of Lima are his son Cody (Katie Mangano) Hull of San Diego, CA; his daughter Jenny (Eric) Fyffe of Lima; his grandchildren Talan Fyffe, Lucy Meeker, Zoey Fyffe and Cayson Fyffe; his sister Rhonda Curtain of Englewood, KY; his nieces Laura (Eric) Krogmeier of Englewood, KY and Lindsay (Brennan) Regnar of Candler, NC.

He was preceded in death by his infant twin brother Raymond Lewis Hull.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL.

A private family service will be held at the convenience of the family.
