Robert Edward “Bobby” Cloyd, 55 of Columbus, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 at his residence.

Bobby was born January 9, 1966 in Lima, to Robert and Phyllis (Huysman) Cloyd; his father preceded him in death and his mother survives him in Lima.

Bobby was a 1984 graduate of Lima Senior High School and worked at Worthington Industries. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed listening to and playing all kinds of music, as well as attending concerts.

In addition to his mother, Bobby is survived by his sister, Brenda (Ken) Meyer; brother, William (Cara) Cloyd; sister, Rebecca Lamson; nephews, Dustin Meyer, Brandon (Samantha) Meyer and Cam Lamson; nieces, Bella Cloyd and Caroline Cloyd; great-niece, Hayden Meyer; great-nephew, Harrison Meyer and several aunts and uncles.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 in Ward Cemetery, located behind Union Chapel Missionary Church, 4869 Ada Rd., Lima, OH 45801.
