Patricia Ann (Bannister) Gross, age 81, was called home to the Lord at 11:29 pm Friday, April 9, 2021, in West Chester, Ohio.

Patricia was born October 26, 1939 in Lima, OH, to the late Burlin Oscar and Gladys Luella (Wolfe) Bannister. On May 9, 1959 she married Paul Eugene Gross who preceded her in death on June 11, 1988.

Patricia was a 1957 graduate of Lima Senior High School. She had previously worked at Colonial Finance, The Needle Craft Shop, Team Logos and the jewelry department at Lazarus. She was a long time member of the Iota Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Psi Sorority. Patricia enjoyed cross-stitch, crocheting, Knitting and reading. She loved the Lord and was a member of the Tri-County Baptist Church in West Chester, Ohio.

She is survived by a daughter, Debra Kay (Franklin Kelly) Monroe of West Chester; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Monroe of West Chester, Kristen (Chad) Richman of Germany, Katrina (Kevin) Rub of Monroe and Kelly (Jacob) Mullins of Somerville; three great-grandsons, Patrick and Andrew Richman and Daniel Rub; Sister, Phyllis (Stephen) Harvey of Lima; four nephews, Jim (Heather) Harvey of Elida, Scott Harvey of Fountain City, CO, John Harvey of Elida and Steve C. (Melissa) Harvey of Lima.

Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am Friday, April 16, 2021 at CHILES – LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL.Pastor Tom Cooper will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday, April 15, 2021, at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Friday. A Phi Beta Psi Sorority memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday.
