Margie “Maggie” E. Hague, 71 of Wapakoneta, passed away October 7, 2021, at 7:47 a.m. at her residence.
Margie was born November 20, 1949 in Lima, OH, to Gene L. and Violet (Perrine) Williams who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her stepmother, Cecil Williams and her stepfather, Robert Dearth.
Survivors include her children: Russell (Angela Parker) Reed of Sidney, Charlene (Frank) Sade of Yukon, OK and Robert (Tori Ervin) Dearth of Burton, MI; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and the following siblings: Deb (John) Gross of Lima, Lori (Chris Bryant) Catto of Ocala, FL, Harry G. “Jake” Williams of Spencerville and Andy (Andrea) Dearth of Tecumseh, OK, along with many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by a son Tracy E. Reed, a niece Cassandra Catto, a nephew Will Catto, a brother-in-law William Catto and her grandparents, Forest and Clara Belle Graham and Harry and Helen Williams.
Margie worked in the bakery at WalMart, Wapak for fifteen years. She then retired from the Best Western, Wapak. She was a foster parent of ten children from 1993 to 1995. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 691 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed going to the casino, Eagles National Convention trips and playing BINGO at the Eagles. Spending time with her family meant the most to her and going on vacations with her cousin Deby.
Services will begin at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021 at on the Eastside Chapel of Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services with Paul Smith to officiate the service. Burial will be in Fletcher Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m.
