Lisa Audia, 60 of Ottawa, passed away October 14, 2021 at Putnam Heritage Independent Living.

Lisa was born February 9, 1961 in Lima, to Gene and Betty (Steed) Boothby, who preceded her in death.

Lisa was a graduate of Elida High School and a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, music and reading. Lisa loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Kristina Nascimento, John Audia, Joseph Audia and Kayla Audia; grandchildren, Quinn, Ian, Dorian, Kaylyn and Dominic and her siblings, Ron (Dawn) Boothby and Kim (Lynn) Swallow.

In addition to her parents, Lisa is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Boothby.

Lisa’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Putnam Heritage Independent Living employees for their loving care towards Lisa. They would also like to say a very special thank you to her best friends, Joyce, Laura and Randy for making her feel so loved at Putnam Heritage.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
