Bluffton
Karen Lee Kiene, 60, passed away February 10, 2021 at her residence in Bluffton. Karen was born March 28, 1960 in Bluffton to the late Laverne and Sarah (Wenger) Moser. On August 5, 2002 she married Gregory Kiene who preceded her in death on March 9, 2018.
Karen graduated from Bluffton High School. She had worked at Metakote in Lima for thirteen years. Karen enjoyed crocheting, baking and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ – Bluffton.
Survivors include a daughter, Krystle (Scott) Slaughterbeck of Bluffton; a son, Kelly (Michelle Lawrence) Bolin of Ada; five grandchildren, Malachi Pahl, Genevieve Gatchel, McKenzie Bolin, Makenna Bolin, Trey Slaughterbeck; and four sisters, Kayleen Moser of Middlepoint, Kathleen Moser of Harrod, Karla Dennis of Ada and Karyl Kiggins of Silver Springs, Florida.
Karen was preceded in death by a nephew, Marcus Moser.
There will be no visitation or service at this time.
