In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, John A. “Jack” Williams and his sister, Mildred Kanawl.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Joe’s funeral will now be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Matthew Oliver to officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.

Visitation will now be Thursday, December 17, 2020, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES – EASTSIDE CHAPEL.
