Jerry L. Hensley, 64, passed away at 11:30 am, December 31, 2021 at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center.
He was born April 1, 1957 in Huntington, WV, to John and Vestia (Kirk) Hensley who preceded him in death. On August 7, 1980 he married Karen Danner who survives in Lima. .
Jerry enjoyed fishing, watching the Cleveland Browns and Nascar. He particularly loved to watch his grandkids in sports, band, and softball. They were the light and joy of his life.
Survivors include: a Son, Christopher (Casey) Hensley of Cloverdale; a Daughter, Amanda (Jay) Cochensparger of Harrod; 4 Grandchildren – Andrew and Blaine Cochensparger, Jordan and Ava Hensley; 7 Siblings.
He was preceded in death by: 6 siblings.
Friends may call from 1:00 PM until time of services at 3:00 pm Friday at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES SHAWNEE CHAPEL
