Jeanette Louise Warren, 81, passed away on January 22, 2022 at Blanchard Valley Hospital.
Jeanette was born February 18, 1940 to the late G. Elwood and Irene (Haugh) James. On June 3, 1960 she married James Warren who preceded her in death on January 30, 2010.

She is survived by her daughters; Cynthia (Timothy) Woodward of Maplewood, OH and Christine (Gary) Freed of Jenera, a foster son; Curtis (Carol) Champion of Bellefontaine, grandchildren; Lucas (Angela) Woodward, Kyle (Courtney) Woodward, Anthony (Megan) Freed, Dustin (Leslie) Freed, Cara (Jacob) Grantier, Jared (Rachael Chrzano) Champion, Dani (Brandon) Kalbfliesh, and Jenna Champion, great-grandchildren; Liam Woodward, Collins Woodward, Cayden Freed, Lynnsey Freed, Ella Freed, Emmitt Freed, Cecilia Grantier, and Nora Grantier, a brother; Robert (Dorthy) James, a sister; Joanne Hawk, and sisters-in-law; Mildred James and Creta James.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Jeanette was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law; Laureen and Bryan Champion, brothers; Earl James and Elwood James, and brother-in-law; James Hawk.

Jeanette was a longtime advisor of the Gold Star 4-H Club, a member of the Ohio Farm Bureau and the Bluffton Scrap Artists Quilt Club. She also volunteered for the Bluffton Hospital Auxiliary.
She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, doing crafts, reading, playing cards, and going out to eat with her classmates and friends. She also enjoyed her years of farming with her husband James.
Jeanette was a member of the Bluffton Presbyterian Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher and a deacon.
She was a 1958 graduate of Cory Rawson High School.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to the Bluffton Presbyterian Church or to the Hancock County OSU Extension for the Hancock County 4-H Endowment.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the Bluffton Presbyterian Church at 1:00 pm. A visitation will take place prior, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the church.
Burial will take place following the service at Thompson Cemetery.
Due to the recent surge in COVID-19 contractions, the family and church both ask that guests please follow all COVID-19 precautions, including wearing masks.
