Janice Lynn “Jan” Robinson, age 70, was called to her Heavenly Home, at 5:37 p.m, Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center with the love of her family by her side.
Jan was born May 26, 1951 in Lima, OH, to the late William H. and Lucille Ellen (Miller) Moore Jr. On January 4, 1969 she married William A. “Bill” Robinson.
Jan was a 1969 graduate of Bath High School. She had previously worked in the cafeteria at Bath Schools, Sam’s Club and most recently Kohl’s. Jan was a proud wife, mom, grandma, and Gi Gi who loved spending time with her family. She was lovingly known by many as “Grandma Jan.” She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, William A. “Bill” Robinson of Lima; two daughters, Renee L. (Troy) Crumrine of Waynesfield and Angela D. Cox of Lima; three grandchildren, Trey William Crumrine, Madison Crumrine, Paige Cox and great-grandson, Lane William Stump; sister, Linda (Jim) Burgoon and brother, John (Toni) Moore both of Lima; mother-in-law, Della M. Robinson of Jackson, MI; brother-in-law, Frank (Angela) Robinson of Lima; sister-in-law, Jodi (Dan) Good of Jackson, MI, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins; beloved dog, Sweetie and special friend, Rhonnie Kammeyer.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Munoz; father-in-law, William J. Robinson and sister-in-law, Cecelia Robinson.
Funeral services will begin at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at CHILES – LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, Eastside Chapel. .
The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in honor of her daughter, Angela to the National MS Society, P.O. Box #91891, Washington D.C. 20090.
