My sympathy to the family of this young man, you are all in my prayers. Kudos to the family for telling of his struggles - addiction is a DISEASE, NOT a DISGRACE! May God be with you and comfort you through this unimaginable, difficult time.

Love, hugs, and prayers to his beloved family and countless friends. Jimmy's smile was contagious, his struggles with drugs and alcohol were real. I had the privilege to share with his wonderful grandparents who were hoping and praying their efforts and support to help him on his recovery journey would make a difference. Their love spoke volumes more than they knew. Rest in peace, Jimmy. You and your journey has touched many lives.

My heart breaks reading this. I only knew Jimmy as a little boy when you were "backyard neighbors" with my sister, Rosemary Cartwright. My deepest condolences to you, John and Debbie.

I am so sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing, and of his struggle with alchohol and drugs. I didn't know him, but I know personnaly how those things can torment those who struggle with them and those who love those who struggle. Thank you for sharing the struggle! Perhaps it will help others to know they are not alone. I pray God's peace and comfort for all who remain.
