Dearest Wilma, We are soo sorry for your loss. Jack was a great man. I remember when Andy was overseas, he came over and told me if I ever needed anything just flash a light and he would be right over. He was always willing to help if asked and we knew we were safe having him as our neighbor. My family will continue to pray for yours. With Love, Andy Monica Drew Alissa and Cora

Dear Wilma: It is with heavy heart that I am writing these few words of remorse to you. I was lucky enough to have met both of you at the Welcome Home Viet Nam Veterans parade in down town Chicago. You saw this relative skinny fellow with some military attire and asked him if he would portray a Prisoner of War to ride in your bamboo cage. I remember that and all of the other time that I was fortunate enough to meet and be with you at Kokomo, if only for a short time. The dedication, perseverance and integrity that Jack showed were inspirational to all of the people who met him. We are all saddened to hear about the passing of Jack and our concern now shifts toward you. We are all concerned that you have adequate support in the hundreds of friends that you have acquired to support you in your time of need now and in the future. With deep sorrow I extend my regret and best wishes to you. Bruce Cutler Just another Viet Nam Infantryman, lucky enough to have met you.
