Glenda Faye “Steve” Polser, age 54 of Elida, passed away May 5, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at her residence.

She was born November 26, 1965 in Sidney to James and Roberta (Vaughn) Phelps who preceded her in death. On Sept. 21, 1996 she married David F. Polser who preceded her in death on April 27, 2016.

Survivors include three daughters: Amanda (Josh) Makley of Elida, Chelsea (Tyler) Hunt of Delphos and Josie (Bill) Hogue of Elida; her stepchildren: Jodi (James) Johnson of Columbus and Stephanie (Jared) VanDyke of Cleveland; siblings: Lee Phelps and Brenda (Jeff) McCarty both of Sidney; and her four grandchildren: Jimmie and Lizzie “Fuzz” Makley, Paisley Neal and Dawsyn “Punkin Pie” Hunt. She also leaves behind her best friends, Audree Estes and Lisa Mullins.

Glenda is preceded in death by two siblings: Linda Varno and Davey Phelps.

Mrs. Polser had been employed in the housekeeping department at St. Rita’s Medical Center. She loved her iced coffees from Dunkin Donuts, shopping at the Goodwill and going to Great Wolf Lodge with her family.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Monday, May 11, 2020 at Living Hope Church, 2701 Allentown Rd. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Elida following the service. Private services will be held at the church, with Pastor Buck Sutton officiating, and will be live streamed on the Living Hope church’s Facebook page beginning at 11:00 a.m.
