Gary D. Cox, 67, passed away on June 22, 2020, at his residence.
Gary was born June 16, 1953 in Lima, OH, to Ted L. and Patricia N. (Hardin) Cox who both preceded him in death.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Keri A. Cox of Lima, OH, grandchildren, Messiah and Marianna Bingmon both of Lima, OH, siblings, Jeffrey (Tamara) Cox of Lima, OH, Debra (Gary) Weaver of Myrtle Beach, SC, Michelle Meitzer of Oakwood, OH, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Gary graduated from Shawnee High School in 1971. He enjoyed playing and collecting guitars. Leni Kravitz was one of his favorite artists to listen to. In his spare time he enjoyed watching football and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. Gary cherished his daughter, Keri and loved spending time with his precious grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 8:00PM at CHILES – LAMAN FUNERAL HOMES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL. Pastor Bryan Bucher to officiate the service.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 26, 2020 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the SHAWNEE CHAPEL.
