Frances Ann Pugh, 83 of Lima, formerly of Upper Sandusky, passed away April 10, 2021, at Springview Manor.

Fran was born March 24, 1938 in Springfield, OH, to Lawrence and Catherine (Hahn) Graham, who preceded her in death. On July 16, 1960, she married James F. Pugh, who preceded her in death in July of 2010.

Fran was a graduate of St. John School and worked for many years as a secretary at Webb Insurance and Chase Bank. She enjoyed volunteering at St. Rita’s Medical Center and playing games, especially bingo and euchre. Fran loved traveling and spending time in Florida; she lived in North Ft. Myers for many years. She enjoyed shopping trips and reading; she often reminisced about her time as a lifeguard. Most of all, Fran adored spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Fran is survived by her son, Mike (Joyce) Pugh; daughters, Ann Pugh-Saxton and Cathy (Judy) Pugh; son, Gary (Tim) Pugh; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and her sister, Phyllis (Bobby) Pennington.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
