Fairy Luella Contreras, 54, passed away January 26, 2023, at 10:45 pm, at the Odem at Auglaize.
Fairy was born December 31, 1968 in Lima, OH, to Robert Preston Purdy and Sharon Rose (Stratton). On January 13th 1992 she married Daniel Contreras who preceded her in death on February 24th 1995.
Fairy is survived by her children, Brittany Bell of Rigby, ID, John Brooks of Idaho Falls, ID, Konni Brooks of Union City, GA
Grandchildren, Tatum, Benjamin, Bailey, Anya and Ezekiel
Siblings, Ervin Purdy, Robert Purdy and William Purdy of Lima, OH
She is preceded in death by Robert Preston Purdy, Sharon Rose Purdy, Daniel Contreras and her long time partner Anthony Sharp.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
