Dianna Louise Bassitt, age 59, passed away at 5:29 am Monday, June 7, 2021, at Lima Memorial Health System.

Dianna was born December 29, 1961 in Lima, OH, to Max D. and Marlette June (Barber) Bassitt who both preceded her in death.

Dianna was a graduate of Lima Senior High School. She had previously worked as a welder for Superior Coach. Dianna especially loved spending time with her nieces and enjoyed an ice cold Pepsi and Happy Daz.

She is survived by her brother-in-law, Todd Zapp of Delphos; two nieces, Angela (Stephen) Bartholomew of Sidney, Penny Palin of Delphos and eight great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Zapp and nephew, Max Warner.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm Friday, June 11, 2021 at CHILES – LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, EASTSIDE CHAPEL. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Friday, June 11, prior to the service at the funeral home.
