Deandria “Deda” Nashay Watkins, age 33, was called to her Heavenly Home on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at her home.

Deandria “Deda” was born September 26, 1988 in Lima, OH, to Clarence Lewis Watkins and Angela Denise (Sanders) Watkins McGraw.

Deandria “Deda” had attended Lima Senior High School. Deandria “Deda” had a love for life and loved to dance and sing. She was proud of her family, especially her children. Deandria ” Deda” loved spending time with her mom, siblings and all of her family and friends.

She is survived by her mom, Angela Denise McGraw of Lima; nine children, Tiasia R. Watkins, I’yonna L. Keith, Breonna B. Watkins, Destiny D. Callahan, Dominique E. “Nukey” Callahan, Jeremiah Watkins, Jimmy Watkins, Isaac Ambrose and Chazarae Monae Ambrose all of Lima; grandson, Ray’von Lewis Watkins and twelve siblings, Melissha C. Sanders of Lima, Melvin J. Sanders of Lima, Dominique D. (Ray Wilson) McGraw of Lima, Javarous D. (Denisha S. Jackson) McGraw of Columbus, Jeremy L. (Anietra Wilbert) Watkins of Lima, Deana Jackson of Charleston, SC, Dontae Grant of Fort Wayne, IN, Gary Thomas of Lima, Monica Mitchell of Dayton, Liz McDonald of Lima, Ashley Jackson of Lima and Monica Jackson of Lima; special cousin / sister, Dazia Sanders; special aunt, Marcella R. Sanders and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her father, Clarence Lewis Watkins; grandparents, Willie and Barbara McKinsey, uncle, Monroe “Uncle Bunny” Ferell and uncle, David Sanders.

Funeral services will begin at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 3, 2022, at CHILES – LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, EASTSIDE CHAPEL.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 3, prior to the service at the funeral home.
