David A. Shrider, 62, passed away at home on March 25, 2022 surrounded by loved ones. He was born on July 10, 1959 to James R. and Louiselle (Parent) Shrider, both of whom preceded him in death. His step-mother, Sharon (Shock) Shrider preceded him in death.

He leaves behind the following loved ones who will miss him dearly; wife, Christine (Glancy) Shrider; children, Nathaniel (Gina) Shrider, David D. Shrider, April (Shawn) LaRue, Jodi (Gary) Kohlhorst, Britney (Acie) McPheron Williams, and “adopted” daughter, April Schneider; brothers, Gary Shrider and Brian (Sarah) Corwin; sister, Lorraine (Jeff) Ciminillo; aunt, Myra (Bob) French; uncles, Donald Shrider and Albert (Yvonne) Parent of Canada; mother-in-law (although he didn’t believe in the words in-law or step), Sandra J. Tyson; 10 grandchildren, 4 nieces, 2 nephews, many cousins and his german shepherd, Heidi.

He was also preceded in death by his aunt, Karen (Edward) Trevino and uncles, Michael Shrider and George Fred Shrider III.

Per David’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Please email mcpheron.b@gmail.com if you would like to receive details about the event.
