Charles “Chuck” M. Alspaugh IV, age 70, passed away June 30, 2022, at 9:20 am, at the Ohio State University-Wexner Medical Center. Chuck was born February 7, 1952, in Lima, OH, to Charles M. and Audrey E. (Widmark) Alspaugh III who preceded him in death.
Chuck was a 1970 graduate of Allen East High School. He had worked for more than 35 years with Fowler and Hadding where he did landscaping. Chuck was a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast.
Chuck is survived by his siblings: Rebecca Dunson of Lima, OH and Richard M. (Pat) Alspaugh of Marion, OH, his extended family are his nieces and nephews: Heidi Alspaugh, Jason Alspaugh, Ann Omar and Jocelyn Alspaugh, great nieces and nephews: Devin Williams, Theodore (Jessie) Alspaugh, Rex White, Caleb Alspaugh, Gabrielle Frank and Ibrahim Omar.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
