Carolyn S. Wilcox, 69, passed away on February 1, 2022, at 3:18 pm, at the Meadows of Delphos, surrounded by her loving family.
Carolyn was born April 18, 1952 in Lima, OH, to Robert “Bob” Miller and the late Martha (King) Miller. On April 19, 1985 she married Donald “Don” Wilcox who survives in Elida, OH.
Carolyn graduated from Elida High School in 1970. She retired as a banker at Tower Bank after roughly fifteen years. Later in life she worked at Elida Health Foods as a manager. She was a member of Pike Mennonite Church for over twenty five years. Carolyn loved her husband dearly and cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was known for being so generous and helping anyone in a time of need.
Carolyn is survived by her father, Robert “Bob” Miller, husband, Donald “Don” Wilcox of Lima, OH, children, Joshua “Josh” (Miki) Wilcox of Middletown, OH, Heather (Ben) Baldauf of Delphos, OH, grandchildren, Hadassah and Malachi Baldauf of Delphos, OH, siblings, R. Eugene Miller of Elida, OH, Patricia “Pat” (Gary) Brubaker of Eaton, OH, Gloria (Darrell) Denlinger of Elida, OH, she also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.
She is preceded in death by her previous spouse, David Hartman, brother, Wayne Miller and sister-in- law, Marsha Miller.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 10:30am at Pike Mennonite Church, 3995 McBride Road, Lima, OH 45807. Pastor Darwin Hartman to officiate the service. Burial will be in Ash Grove Cemetery following the service.
Visitation will be on Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at CHILES – LAMAN FUNERAL HOMES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL.
