Carolyn was a wonderful friend. We had many good times together in band and other high school functions. We enjoyed a trip together in Florida and kept in contact with each other every year. She always so pleasant, and kept everyone up to date as to what was happening in the lives of our classmates. She made the world a better place and will never be forgotten. My sympathy to Al and all the family. Jackie Berry Small.

Today the 15th of January I was looking for a friends obituary only to find two friends. Carolyn wasn’t only my client she was a friend. She bought Clinique products from me for years from Macy’s Lima Store. I enjoyed our visits at the counter and as time passed we did a lot of business over the phone. If I thought about it I probably could tell you her lipstick color and her moisturizer. She was very special to me and one of the reasons why the store closing was so hard for me. I still have my retirement card she mailed me. I have and now will forever miss my friend. Theresa Dunlap Macy’s Clinique

I recall many events at school, sports, and the home where Caroline always made me feel cheered and welcome. May her memory be eternal. May she rest in a place of peace, with no more sickness, sighing, nor sorrow. Prayers for the family.

We would like to extend our condolences to the entire family. Lora always cherished having Carolyn as a classmate at the Bluffton schools. Al and I were in school together at Gomer. Many common threads in life and ties that will always be remembered. God Bless.

I will always remember that little shecham wood box she gave me as a wedding gift. It was s o very beautiful. At the time I had not met her or most of the extended family. I was surprised that she would pick such a special gift, not knowing that I have a love of small wooden boxes. Caroline will be missed. Know, dear ones, that our hearts and prayers are with you right now. Wish we could be there with you in person, but we're both sick right now. Shalom, and blessings, Bear McQuinn & Tyson Frysinger-
