Andrea L. Casto, 64, passed away on December 18, 2021, at 4:17 am, at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center.
Andrea was born June 22, 1957 in Lima, OH, to Creed and Myrtle (Butcher) Casto who both preceded her in death.
Andrea graduated from Perry High School. She held various jobs throughout her life. Andrea enjoyed cooking and took great pride in teaching other family members her tricks in the kitchen. She also had quite the collection of cook books and cooking utensils. Andrea liked gardening and in her younger years she raised cows. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping, and going to various thrift stores. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and getting together during the holidays. Andrea was a spirited woman with a wonderful since of humor and she never knew a stranger.
Andrea is survived by her sister, Janet Baldridge of Rome, GA, sister-in-law, Wilma Casto of Lima, OH, nieces and nephews, Michelle Casto of Lima, OH, Norman Casto of Lima, OH, Gerald “Jerry” Hartzog of Lima, OH, Robert (Connie) Wilmoth of Columbus Grove, OH, Stephen Wilmoth of Cridersville, OH, Larry (Michelle) Wilmoth of Lima, OH, Norman Wilmoth of Lima, OH, Kirk Wilmoth of Lima, OH, Jason (Theresa) Wilmoth of Wapakoneta, OH, Patricia (Doug) Herold of Columbus, IN, Wanda (Brad) Adams of Liberty, IN, Eric Baldridge of Rome, GA, and Janet Baldridge of AL.
She is preceded in death by her siblings, Sherlon (Ron) Wilmoth, Norman Casto and brother-in-law, Douglas “Doug” Baldridge.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to Andrea’s beloved sister-in-law, Wilma for her patience and excellent care given to Andrea during her time of need.
